How to make Chicken Stock from Scraps

Let’s make chicken stock from scraps! All you need are leftover chicken bones, a few veggie scraps you have stashed away in your freezer, and herbs to add depth and flavour to the broth. Simmer on low for about an hour, strain, cool, and then store in containers in the fridge or freezer until needed.

TIP💡 when roasting a whole chicken, save the carcass and bones to make stock. A rotisserie chicken also provides the perfect amount of bones for a batch of broth. Into chicken wings? Save those for stock as well!
