Pre-Inspection Audit

Our pre-inspection audit ensures that you feel confident and prepared when the EHO visits.

Our pre-inspection audit identifies any potential food safety hazards and ensures that the facility, equipment, processes and procedures are compliant with the relevant food safety regulations and standards.

An on-site visit will be carried out to review the facility, the equipment and the operations. Following this, a comprehensive report complete with photographs will be provided. You will receive ‘stop, start and continue’ advice specific to your business to improve your performance.

An initial consultation will establish your stage of business development. When ready, an on-site inspection is conducted. Your business receives an inspection report along with a comprehensive PDF, complete with photographs, to learn about your inspection performance.

HACCP Plan

Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points, or HACCP, is a systematic approach in the identification, evaluation and control of food safety hazards.

A food safety management system based on the principles of HACCP is required. This documented approach helps to increase safety, streamline operations and lower risk. These plans assist businesses in identifying potential hazards, formulate solutions, and ensure that procedures are being followed.

Your HACCP Plan is a specific reference guide for your businesses safety procedures. You will maintain all of your daily record sheets and corrective actions within the Plan. HACCP Plans must be reviewed annually to ensure they reflect your business activities correctly.

With just one site visit, Conscious Kitchens creates a personalised HACCP Plan for your business, delivery of a hard copy of the Plan, along with a  follow up visit.
